On July 18th, LI Junfeng, Secretary of the CPC Committee of BUCEA, and ZHANG Dayu, Deputy Secretary of the CPC Committee and President of BUCEA led a team to interface with Beijing Institute of Architectural Design (BAID) about the university-enterprise cooperation and signed strategic cooperation agreement. XU Quansheng, Secretary of the CPC Committee and the chairman of the board of BAID, and ZHANG Yu, Deputy Secretary of the CPC Committee and the general manager of BAID participated in the activity.

During the conference, ZHANG Dayu and ZHANG Yu signed strategic cooperation agreement on behalf of respective sides. BUCEA and BAID will focus on the scientific research in architecture industry and carry out extensive cooperation in historic city conservation, architectural cultural heritage conservation, medical and health care building, unban design, upgrade and renewal, future architecture technology, resilient city construction, sponge city construction and other fields.
Before the conference, LI Junfeng, ZHANG Dayu, XU Quansheng and ZHANG Yu together held the launching ceremony of the “Beijing University of Civil Engineering and Architecture & Beijing Institute of Architectural Design Joint Practice Base -- HU Yue + ZHANG Yu Studio”.
